Partner: MAUSA

Cox’s Bazar

Our History

In Camp-1 East, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, our project strives to be a beacon of health and hope for Rohingya refugees. With a primary goal of providing emergency healthcare services, our special focus on maternal and newborn child health is geared towards fostering a healthier start to life. Through comprehensive awareness programs encompassing crucial topics such as menstrual hygiene, nutrition, infant feeding, family planning, and immunization, we aim to empower the refugee community with essential knowledge. Our short-term results include improved healthcare facilities for 6,000 beneficiaries, safe delivery for 500 pregnant and lactating women, and widespread awareness of health-related matters. In the long term, we envision reduced risks for mothers, healthier beginnings for newborns, and sustained impacts on health knowledge and practices. Join us on this journey to create lasting health interventions, ensuring a brighter and healthier future for Rohingya families in the face of adversity.
